How can I place an order?

You must be registred costomer. After registration you have to log in and than buy goods like in other e-shops. Buyed goods you will find in you cart.

Do your prices include VAT?

No, the displayed prices are not incluiding VATa) All orders outside Europe are extempt from taxes, also orders invoiced to VAT registered businesses in EU (without Czech rep.) are not taxed.b) 19 VAT is charged on all orders invoiced in Czech rep. and dealers (persons) witch are not VAT registred.

No, it is free.

How quick is the goods prepared to send?

Usualy within 2 days.

Is there a minimum order value?

Ano, 500 EUR.

Can I pick up my own shipment?

Yes, but you have to inform us by placing your order.

Why I get only a half of ordered quantity?

It happens due to fact that a lot of orders get picked every day and stock quantities are continually changing.
